Pamper and spoil yourself in one of the health resorts that are widespread throughout Denmark. Of the various health resorts in the country, some offer medical and physiotherapeutic treatment, while the others simple recreation in beautiful and quiet surroundings.

To get the real taste of the local food is to stop by at 'Polsevogn' the sausage stall to relish the nation's favorite snack, the hot dog. This popular food can be had almost anywhere there are people, and at any time of day or night.
Go on a Fishing tour
The excellent facilities for both the freshwater and saltwater in Denmark, allows for sea-fishing tours, which are arranged with local fishermen at many Danish harbors. For music lovers spending a night at the opera in Copenhagen's smart, harbourside Opera House is a real treat. It opened in 2005 and today stages quality international productions throughout the year.

Go have fun at one of the riding schools and centers, where one can hire a horse and centers almost everywhere in Denmark. Have a great time with riding holidays, offered by the riding schools, with half or full board.
Nude bathing
Be bold and go for nude bathing, which is quite common at Danish seaside resorts and one of Denmark unique things. Nude bathing is not permitted at the beaches Henne Strand and Holmsland Klit, both located on Jutland's western coast. At the Bellevue Beach in the metropolitan area, walking in the nude is prohibited while bathing or sunbathing in the nude is not. Where nude bathing is not allowed at the beaches, bathers are requested to show consideration and follow the directions of the local guards.
Water sports
The country's long inlets and protected shores on the Danish coast offer conditions for windsurfing and suitable for beginners in particular. Even the facilities for sailing are excellent as there are over 500 yachting harbors found along the coast and anchorage is allowed at a further 500 islands. One can hire boats, easily as the hiring facilities are available widespread.
